Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Peargo app and website. By using Peargo you agree to them.
1. The service
Peargo is a platform that helps people discover, organize and join outdoor and adventure activities. Events are created and run by independent organizers. Peargo is not the organizer of those events and is not a party to the arrangements between organizers and participants.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. Organizers
Organizers are responsible for their events, including accurate descriptions, safety planning, required permits and insurance, the consent text they present, and lawful handling of any participant data they receive through Peargo.
4. Participants
Participants are responsible for assessing whether an activity suits their fitness, skills and health, for following the organizer's instructions, and for the accuracy of the details they provide.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, misleading, harassing or hateful content.
- Do not impersonate others or misuse other users' personal data.
- Do not interfere with or attempt to break the service.
You can report content or users in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Outdoor activity risk
Outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including injury and death. You take part at your own risk. Peargo does not supervise events and does not guarantee their safety or quality.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Peargo a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to operate the service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Peargo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events, injuries, losses or disputes arising from activities organized through the platform.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
